Personalized reports are generated from your responses after completing The Birkman Method® assessment which consists of 298 questions and takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.  Gone Pro offers two different reports - Strengths and Needs and Career Management Plus.

Career Management Plus:

The Career Management Plus can be a valuable tool for clarifying career direction, assisting in career transition and capitalizing on innate preferences that contribute to job satisfaction and success. This report is designed to give you a deeper understanding of yourself and the career options that are your best fit. 

The first portion of your personalized report accurately measures five important dimensions of who you are:

Areas of Interest: what you like; activities you prefer
Strength Behavior: how you relate to the world around you; the behavior other people see
Motivational Needs: the support you need from others and the environment around you
Stress Behavior: negative, reactionary behavior when frustrated and your needs are not met
Ideal Work Environment: environment that offers the most ideal fit based on how you formulate solutions and what you value within an organization

This is followed by a detailed profile analysis comparing your degree of match to successful individuals in various Job Families and Job Titles.      

Strengths and Needs:

The Strengths and Needs report describes and interprets an individual's significant strengths and basic motivational needs. The report provides information for supervisors and managers who deal with individual problems, conflict resolution or stress management. It is especially useful in teambuilding and relational coaching. In-depth, non-judgmental descriptions are provided of an individual's strengths, needs and potential stress behavior if needs are not met.
